Orange Squash

Ingredients
| Orange juice |

400 ml |
| Orange emulsion |
10 drops |
| Citric acid |
2 tsp |
Potassium meta bi sulphate
|
1/2g |
| Sodium benzoate |
1g |

Preparation
Method
- In a vessel, add sugar, citric acid, 400 ml water and heat until the
sugar dissolves. Cool and sieve to a fine liquid.
- To this, add orange juice, orange emulsion and mix well.
- In a cup of water, dissolve potassium meta bi sulphate and sodium
benzoate and add to the above juice.
- To serve, mix 3 glasses of water to 1 glass of squash.
