Orange Squash

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients

Orange juice 400 ml
sugar 900g
water 400 ml
Orange emulsion 10 drops
Citric acid 2 tsp
Potassium meta bi sulphate
1/2g
Sodium benzoate 1g

Preparation Method

  • In a vessel, add sugar, citric acid, 400 ml water and heat until the sugar dissolves. Cool and sieve to a fine liquid.
  • To this, add orange juice, orange emulsion and mix well.
  • In a cup of water, dissolve potassium meta bi sulphate and sodium benzoate and add to the above juice.
  • To serve, mix 3 glasses of water to 1 glass of squash.
