| Cabbage, finely chopped |

| String beans, finely chopped |

| Grated carrot |

| Grated onion |

| Black pepper |

| Salt
according to taste |
| Green chili sauce |
3 tsp. |
| Soya sauce |
2 tsp |
| Ginger-garlic paste |
2 tbsp. |
| Chili powder |
1/2 tsp |
| Oil
for frying |
| All-purpose flour |
3-4 tbsp |

Preparation
Method
- Boil the vegetables till they are soft and
mushy.
- Add all the other ingredients along with the
flour to the boiled vegetables and knead the dough into small finger shaped pieces.
- Deep fry these pieces in hot oil and drain.
Serve hot.
-- Serve with Tomato sauce or hot chili sauce
