Ingredients

Cottage cheese, cubed 400 GMS
capsicum cubed 1
curd 200 GMS
Salt 2 tsp.
garam masala powder 1 tbsp.
Coriander leaves finely chopped 1 bunch
mint leaves finely chopped 15 g
garlic finely chopped 6 flakes (12 g)
Salt according to taste
For the garnishing:
red cabbage, shredded 100 Gms
Lime, sliced 1

Preparation Method

  • Mix the curd, salt, garam masala powder, coriander leaves, mint leaves and garlic together till the mixture almost resembles a paste.
  • Marinate the cottage cheese cubes and chopped capsicum for two hours in this mixture.
  • Grill or bake in a hot oven till soft and done.

 

Serve with lime slices on the bed of red cabbage
