| Cottage cheese, cubed |

| red cabbage,

Preparation
Method
- Mix the curd, salt, garam masala powder,
coriander leaves, mint leaves and garlic together till the mixture almost resembles a
paste.
- Marinate the cottage cheese cubes and chopped
capsicum for two hours in this mixture.
- Grill or bake in a hot oven till soft and
done.
Serve with lime slices on the bed of red
cabbage
