Preparation Method
1) Boil water and add noodles. Strain this after 5
minutes.
2) Heat oil in a pan.
3) Add garlic followed by red chillies and vegetables.
4) Saute them and lower the flame when the vegetables are half cooked.
5) Add soya sauce and cooked noodles.
6) Mix well.

- We can add vinegar and azinomato for more taste. - Addin a bit of tomato sauce also gives it a taste
