PAV BHAJI

Ingredients
| Potatoes |
250 gm. |
| Onions |
170 gm. |
| Tomatoes (cubes) |
225 gm.

| Green peppers
(cubes) |
150 gm.

| Peas |
160 gm. |
| Ginger/garlic
paste |
12 gm. |
| Cumin powder |
1.8 gm. |
| Chilli powder |
7.5 gm. |
| Coriander leaves
(chopped) |
6 gm. |
| Butter
to cook. |
| Salt
to taste. |

Preparation
Method
- Boil peas and potatoes and mash well.
Heat butter in a pan, add
ginger/garlic paste and the cubes of onions, tomatoes and green pepper and cook till
tender.
Add the mashed peas and
potatoes and cook till all the vegetables form a smooth puree.
Mash all the
vegetables with a masher and add salt, coriander and cumin powder.
Add one
tablespoon of water and cook on low heat for 2 min.
Before
removing from the fire, add butter and garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve hot
with lemon wedges and buttered bread.
Time taken -- 30 minutes.
