When do I get an answer / resolution to my problem?
If you do write in to us, then a case will be opened for you in our system. A Customer Care Representative will then study your question or problem and will work towards providing you with a solution. Depending on the complexity of your case, the resolution could take anywhere between 48 to 72 hours from the time your case is registered in our system. You will be intimated if your problem is going to take longer than that. Once your case is resolved you will be informed by email.
